Vampires Are Not Real
I’m submitting this post to explain why I just do not believe that vampires are real.
I do not mean to offend or upset anyone by posting this.
I find it hard to believe in them when there is no proof of there existence, I know just because there’s no proof that they are real doesn’t mean that they don’t exist.
Okay fine, that may be the theory that some if not all people have, well I find it hard to believe in something that feeds off of human blood, and is immortal (dead) .
I just can’t believe in something like that, where a person died many years ago and became a vampire and is now walking amongst us.
First things first, you can’t be dead and still walk around like your still living it’s just not possible. And drinking human blood carries risks and drinking animal blood is dangerous because they could carry many diseases.
And if you really are a “vampire” as you say you are then why are you exposing yourself over the internet were millions of people “humans” can read about you?
You all need to stop watching so many vampire movies and open your eyes to the real world, and in the real world vampires are nothing but mythological creatures that belong in fantasy movies like Queen of the Damned, Underworld, Interview with a vampire…

The beautiful/cursed thing is that anyone can believe whatever they desire. Kudos to you for voicing your opinion, and thank you for not being rude about it. Your only problem is that this forum is full of the strange and your post may fave fallen on deaf ears or blind eyes. Prepare for some interesting/retarded responses, depending on who posts when.
I know I will get some interesting/retarded responses yes but it’s to be expected over the internet & from people who believe in them.
As I said above I don’t mean to offend or upset anyone by posting this, but that’s just my opinion on this subject; I just don’t believe in them. Good point. I don’t blindly disbelieve the existance of vampires but i’ve always found the stories to be extremelt budious and plainly don’t believe anyone who claims to be one.

Maybe you should actually read the posting, before adding a comment. When the answer is in the posting. ( regarding vampires )
And one other thing, there is proof that ghosts exist because there’s footage & pictures everywhere all over the internet.
Hey, i never believed in vampires. I always wished they existed for one or other odd reason. How could one be sure they do exist?

MiKayla this website is here for anyone who is interested in Vampires and the question of whether or not they really exist. It is not in any way limited only to those who believe that Vampires do in fact exist.

When ur life keeps getting worse and worse, it’s hard to believe that good luck will come your way.
When you keep not seeing a way out, it’s hard to believe miracles will happen.

But, why do we put restrictions on Earth?? If Earth can produce humans that think, animals that can live in the deepest, darkest parts of the ocean, the foul-smelling flowers, or viruses that make us die, why not immortal vampires??

One of the answers to your question is obvious we can expose ourselves over the internet because almost nobody will believe us even if we are telling the truth.
Also, there is no proof because it has been erased, in 1634 a man of the church found documents and sound proof of us and we confiscated and destroyed the sai documents in essence there is no proof of vampires because no proof was ever allowed to exist that would be otherwise irrefutable because vampires simply cannot co-exist with humans for obvious reasons.

Sorry, what I meant to say was humans do co-exist with vampires. We share the same planet, territory and environment. Granted, on this website, vampires have stated they prefer to lead a life of seclusion, but even that has its limitations. Your species cannot survive without humans. You depend on human blood as your food source, unless of course you restrict yourselves to animal blood. Based on this premise, we do co-exist with each other despite the fact your species chooses to live covertly.
I may have missed some of your recent posts but would like to know why you distrust humans. Forgive me if I have misinterpreted some of your statements, but the perception implies you distrust “all” humans. Why?
Surely, in all your years of experience, you must have recognized that not all humans share the same ideology. Have you not observed the changes to human society compared to say 100 years ago? Human attitudes and philosophy has adapted to accept different value systems. Equally, I am not naive to believe that you wouldn’t be used as research fodder by certain notorious government agencies. However, not all humans believe in these tactics and not all humans are prepared to accept these practices. I don’t believe in hurting any sentient life and I know many people share the same belief.
I hope I haven’t offended you in anyway, I am just trying to understand your thought processes.

I should have reworded that sooner, humans and vampires cannot co-exist as in how should I put this, with knowing each other, we co-exist with people but you never know who we are, instead you think we are but humans too, and that is how it will most likely stay.
I distrust humans because humans are not exactly the best species on the planet that cope with change and unnatural things easily, for that reason all vampires reside in secrecy.

During your long lifetime, have you never met a human you can trust with knowing you better? You perception of humans is quite bleak, yet humans do deal with change, we are very adept to change when we have little choice in the outcome. Some humans adapt well when we realise change is imminent. Some of us are better at dealing with change than others. Do you really believe yourself as being “unnatural”? I think you are just a different species, what is “unnatural” about that?

I was re-reading some of my comments and some of my questions could be perceived as mocking. I am not mocking you. I am not trying to demean you or ridicule you in any way. I want to understand you better. I want you to express how you feel and share your experiences with us. I have always been extremely curious with an investigative attitude which often manifests itself in the form of questions. This is my learning style and some may find fault but I hope you don’t take offense at humouring this curious mind.
I never referred to myself as “unnatural” I simply inferred that humans would find the likely outcome of my species as unnatural. I do not trust anyone vampire or not untill I have gotten to know them in a response to my own thread you posted on why I moved to Sweden it was because I knew people there people I have known for a few years.

Most of the people on this website who don’t believe are almost always asking for one thing. PROOF. What I think is that there probably is proof out there in the world. But that proof may be too rare, dangerous, or private to show to the public. Some others are asking for those people to prove that vampires don’t exist. How is that possible? You can prove that something exists but there is no possible way to prove it doesn’t exist. What are you going to do? Take a picture of nothing and say “here you don’t see a vampire. That’s because they don’t exist.”?! The closest you can get to proof of non-existence is to correct all existing proof and identify it as false. Which also seems impossible to do.

I don’t believe in vampires but i’m interested in vampire novels and i stumbled on this….Fanfiction right? it has to be a fiction website or a role playing website perhaps? because i can’t believe how many stupid people here actually believe vampires exist, to me thats like saying an ogre or a goblin exists.
Aquamairne, there is no existing proof in the first place so what are you going to do? take a picture of twilight and say “here you go, vampires are real.”?

Second, Anya I can’t see how you would know if there is proof or not that is existing but hidden. Like I said, you can’t prove that something does not exist but you can prove that it does. But I can’t agree or disagree with you completely. I believe that it might be better to sit on the fence—sometimes and give the benefit of the doubt. You know you are entitled to believe what you want. You have free will and you are not ignorant. You should know that. I know I sound like a mighty believer at times and I can’t prove every thing I say. But you are right. No one here can prove anything completely. You should stay and argue and question everything because everything you say makes sense too.
I think Vampire Truth should be congratulated for allowing a sensible argument between Sceptics and Believers. There is no shame for either side. I think that sceptics can see an idea from another angle and can show others that there are all kinds of things that they had never seen before. The only way to get to the complete truth is to listen to the objective opinions of others and be open to what others say even though they sound completely outrageous.
Everyone else Vampire or Half Vampire understand that younger humans believing in Vampires and other strange things are very accepting of all kinds information. You may be flattered if they choose learn about the myths and legends of what you are but it is up to them to make up their own minds. Remember, if no one believes life will go on. You shouldn’t feel threatened.

Well Hi!
I know you do not believe in vampires and I do not blame you because when something out of the normal suddenly springs out from nowhere of course you wouldn’t believe that. Cause you’ve been living in a normal world so its kind of hard to believe otherwise. So here are my reasons:
1. The fact that you say its impossible for the dead to walk like a living
is actually the significance if it all. Even if a dead person came up to you and say hi you wouldn’t automatically presume his dead right. Cause he looks like the normal people you come across to everyday. The fact that you believe that way is proof. And I think that they’re not actually dead. They’re one of the living but different, they’re not immortal in the sense that they live forever. They just physically age slowly than normal.
2. A vampire can expose his identity in the internet all he wants as long as its not face to face with a stranger. Cause if you do that you’ll be meeting the real living evidence. The significance of the internet is that you meet people without the need of of the actual presence. A person who says his a vampire could either be real or just pretend and you wouldn’t even know. The fact that many people contradict the claim means that he is perfectly safe. I doubt that if you tell somebody that you met a vampire in the internet that they would believe you.

I am totally confused. I haven’t met any ghosts or vampires so far though i read a lot about them. There are so many believers & non-believers who discuss on vampires existence.. The only purpose of Vzy4kat6387, to write his opinion was to convey a message that he/ she ( i am not sure) doesn’t believe in vampires coz they are unseen.. It’s just like, we haven’t god as well but we do believe that god exists, likewise we cant see vampires but we still believe that vampires exist.. End of the day we fight on what we feel but we never get an answer for our questions..

I knew about Mr. Tyson long ago and he is and excellent writer. Although he dispells some myths, he creates others.
Robert Masello also wrote about the supernatural with his book “Fallen Angels” and beings considered supernatural.
But I wonder what the sceptical would do if they met a real being that could be considered supernatural. Maybe everything has been discovered but there are those out there that prefer to keep it to themselves and there are even others that will deny it exists even though they know otherwise because it would never be accepted.
I can tell you all one thing if a Vampire were discovered to be real by any world government, it would disappear. Guess what would happen then?
The subject of vampires is just as fringe as a discussion on Billy Maer the one armed farmer in Switzerland that claimed to communicate with a female alien from space during his life. It requires a certain amount of faith but no one is getting hurt if you don’t believe.
I would say don’t believe until you know. But maybe once you know maybe you shouldn’t talk because no one will believe you.
To any real vampires out there remember imitation is the kindest form of flattery so don’t be down on humans because they want to be like you. But remember sometimes it’s better to just keep to yourself.

Okay this article ticked me off just a tiny bit because alot of real vampires dont bite into peoples skin …. There are vampires who use razors to prevent infection and they use “blood donors.”

You shouldn’t get upset about this. I have seen some young women with some very nasy fixed fangs and very strange eyes.
Eyes that look like their pupils have dilated completely over. No, they were not wearing contacts. They were also very strong.
They used razors to break their donors skin and drink their blood. I asked them why they did this when they had such teeth, and they said vampires find it easier. Were they real vampires? Who knows. Anyways there are so many strange stories that not one of them have a consistant tone or consistant information.
Most writers on the supernatural will also tell you that the real Vampires you may believe are always myths. They don’t know everything but when they explain you should take the time to listen anyway.
Some of these stories about Dracula like beings did not come out of one persons imagination they were a combination of all kinds of different stories told by different people.
Those that want you to believe may be real but they may also have their own agenda. After all who would want to you to believe them if they were a real Vampire except maybe one that has their own agenda. Some that want you to believe might be lying you wouldn’t know for sure until you met them. But are you willing to risk that. Be careful here there may be some real Vampires and real vampires are unpredictable. By nature they’re sociopaths to get what they want.

I am not trying to change anyones mind about anything and by no means am I brillant…I am just saying that there are many different ideas about the subject of vampires.
Believing is hard for some and easy for others. My experience with belief does not have a positive history. But when you see some that are precieved to be what you might call a vampire and you see what happens to some of them you are changed forever.
In my experience it has not brought me to the point of worship…..but imagine for one minute what it might do for the true believer.
All I am trying to say is believing is ok…when you believe yourself but it can be dangerous when you absolutely believe in entities without question. Someone once told me it was best to believe in myself and then move on from there.

You are right.. Everyone does not think that way at all. They become so keen on forcing thier thoughts on others. They forget that this is just a blog wherein we can just discuss & share our view points but we do not have the rights to insult anyone at all. Thoughts will differ for sure but forcing our opinion on someone is not right..It’s true that the stories mentioned in the sites may not be 100% real but we can’t completely ignore some facts that made us realize that vampires do exist..
